Branden Dickey
Co-Founder & CEO
Branden Dickey is Co-founder and CEO of ASAP Service. He’s also the owner and CEO of Conejo Services, where he’s built a legacy of excellence in home services across Ventura County, Los Angeles, and surrounding communities.
Branden’s entrepreneurial journey began as a child, fixing microwaves and refrigerators alongside his father, Wally Dickey, developing both technical skills and a deep understanding of customer service that would shape his future business philosophy.
At just 25 years old, Branden took over the family business, Conejo Valley Heating and Air, Inc., and transformed it through his commitment to white-glove customer service. Under his leadership, the company evolved from a two-truck operation into a fleet of 100+ vehicles with expanded service divisions, including plumbing and rooter, electrical, generators, insulation, roofing, garage doors, and pool maintenance services in addition to heating and air conditioning.
As a lifelong Ventura County resident, Branden continues to demonstrate how local roots, combined with innovative business strategies and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, can build thriving companies that serve and enhance our amazing communities.
Robin Richards
Co-Founder & Chairman
Robin Richards is Co-founder and Chairman of ASAP Service, bringing four decades of experience building technology companies that connect people with essential services. He previously co-founded CareerArc Group, Internships.com, and The NTI Group (now Blackboard Connect). Earlier in his career, Robin served as founding president and COO of MP3.com and CEO of Vivendi Universal Net USA. He got his start building Lexi International into one of the country’s largest tele-services companies, appearing twice on the Inc. 500 list.
More recently, Robin has continued that pattern of spotting overlooked opportunities as co-founder of LocalRoofs.com, founding Chairman of TruHu and MyCodeMedia.com, and a founding partner of BiasSync.
Robin has been named an Inc. Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year and received the LAVA Award for Best M&A. He serves on the boards of the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission, Morehouse College, and the USC Marshall School of Business. In 1992, he co-founded the Chase Foundation in memory of his son, providing psychosocial support to families facing childhood cancer. Richards holds a B.S. in Political Science from Michigan State University.
